As an Ethics Associate, you’ll provide critical administrative and customer support to the Ethics Requirements team, assisting with ethics case management, communications, and committee preparation.
The Ethics Associate provides administrative support for the General Counsel/Vice President (VP) of Compliance and Ethics, Director- Ethics Requirements, and supports other team members. Responsibilities include managing the Ethics SharePoint website, reporting case volume, and preparing for the Ethics Committee meetings. As a department resource, the Ethics Associate participates in all team activities such as triaging calls/mail and developing case summaries of possible violations of the ARRT Standards of Ethics.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with applicants, credential holders, and other departments, in accordance with established departmental procedures.
- Participate in call group rotation receiving calls.
- Receive and process written/verbal complaints regarding possible violations of the ARRT Rules and Regulations and Standards of Ethics.
- Develop case summaries for consideration via SharePoint.
- Generate letters of investigation and notification.
- Maintain Adverse Action case files.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as maintaining information files and ensuring that files are appropriately processed in a timely manner.
- Receive submissions and verify requested information has been received.
- Note significant matters and information relevant for review using established procedures and make recommendations to the Director- Ethics Requirements.
- Keep up-to-date technically and apply new knowledge to job.
- Maintain knowledge of ARRT Standards of Ethics and legal procedural rules.
- Demonstrate oral and written communication techniques.
- Provide administrative support for the General Counsel/VP of Compliance and Ethics and Director- Ethics Requirements.
- Provides support for Ethics Requirements team.
- Open mail and pull appropriate file for updating and filing.
- Assist with preparations for the Ethics Committee meetings.
- Assist with post-decision activities (i.e., decisions lists, web lists, state notifications, and data tracking).
- Perform other duties as assigned and modified as business needs dictate.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years in an administrative role

- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
- In depth understanding of Microsoft 365, including Teams and SharePoint.
