We are seeking a high-precision Accountant to manage daily financial operations with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable cycles. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the General Ledger through meticulous journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a numerically-minded professional who thrives in a self-directed environment and maintains a "zero-mistake" standard under limited supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Execute daily customer invoicing via internal and EDI systems.
- Manage cash application, conduct deduction research, and lead collection efforts as required.
- Maintain accurate customer price lists to ensure billing integrity.
Accounts Payable (AP) & Expenses - Process vendor invoices, manage approval workflows, and communicate payment requirements to the Accounting Manager.
- Oversee the end-to-end processing and reporting of employee expense reports.
Reporting & General Ledger - Perform daily, weekly, and monthly AR/AP reconciliations.
- Review assigned balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing functions, including journal entries and General Ledger maintenance.
- Support budgeting processes and financial reporting as needed.
