Key Responsibilities Inspections: Perform detailed visual and tactile inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods. Measurement: Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions against blueprints and technical specifications. Documentation: Maintain accurate digital logs of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Process Improvement: Identify recurring defects and collaborate with the production team to root out the cause. Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to ISO standards and internal safety protocols. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 2+ years in quality control or a similar manufacturing/production environment. Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Sharp Eye: High level of attention to detail—you notice the things others miss. Communication: Ability to provide constructive feedback to the production team without being "the bad guy." Tech Savvy: Comfortable using ERP software or digital inventory systems for reporting. Physical Requirements & Environment
