We are currently seeking a sharp, driven Cost Accountant to join our Luxury Hospitality Division. This isn't just about balancing books; it’s about deconstructing the DNA of a premium guest experience and ensuring our craftsmanship remains as profitable as it is prestigious.
The Role
In this position, you will bridge the gap between our manufacturing excellence and our world-class hospitality services. You’ll be the financial navigator for a diverse portfolio, analyzing the cost of every luxury amenity and precision-engineered component.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Analysis: Deep-dive into the cost structures of our luxury manufacturing and hospitality operations.
- Inventory Integrity: Manage cycle counts and valuations for high-value components and premium retail assets.
- Variance Detective: Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between actual and standard costs.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide executive leadership with clear, actionable insights into margin performance and cost-saving opportunities.
- Process Innovation: Refine our costing methodologies to keep pace with our rapidly expanding luxury footprint.
Who You Are
- A Financial Architect: You don't just see numbers; you see the story they tell about labor, materials, and overhead.
- Industry Savvy: You have 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, ideally within a manufacturing or hospitality environment.
- Technically Fluent: You are an Excel power user and have navigated complex ERP systems with ease.
- Meticulous & Proactive: You have a "no-stone-unturned" approach to auditing and financial accuracy.
- The Professional Peer: You can communicate complex financial data to both the shop floor and the boardroom with equal clarity.
salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
