Assistant Production Supervisor-3rd Shift

Are you a production pro with a "lead by example" attitude? We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Production Supervisor to anchor our 3rd-shift operations. If you have deep roots in injection molding and the agility to manage both high-tech machinery and high-performing teams, we want to hear from you.

salary: $45,000 - $45,000.01 per year
shift: First
work hours: 10 PM - 6 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Floor Leadership: Maintain high visibility on the shop floor, coordinating assignments and staffing for all production personnel.
• Operational Flow: Manage schedules for breaks and lunches to ensure continuous production without hiccups.
• Quality Control: Ensure every product rolling off the line meets our rigorous quality standards and customer specifications.
• Efficiency & Performance: Monitor labor and machine performance, assisting with troubleshooting and rework efforts as needed.
• Compliance: Oversee and participate in "Line Preparation and Clearance" procedures to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
• Team Management: Assist with performance management and, when necessary, guide progressive discipline processes.
