Front of House Supervisor

Coburg Village is an upscale retirement community in Rexford, NY with a well established reputation for high quality service. We are customer service focused professionals, seeking an individual who wants to join a team and provide our residents with warm hospitality, exceptional service, and delicious food.

Position Requirements:

Experience leading a FoH team in multiple dining styles, including fine dining and fast casual
Champion the guest experience while instilling a culture of guest first hospitality
Hands on management/leadership style for all FoH employees
Training, developing, and motivating the team to deliver legendary customer service
Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Point of Sale systems
Previous banquet setup and execution, for both casual gatherings and formal events
Strong management skills with attention to detail

Hours: 11:00am – 7:30pm rotating weekends (working ever 3rd weekend) and rotating holidays

Generous Benefits Package with up to 29 days off per year
