Retirement Plan Specialist
(Part-Time ? Full-Time Growth Track)
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite + Client Facing)

- Presenting to groups of employees and clients
- Helping people understand their retirement options in real time
- Sitting alongside advisors and learning how the business actually works

What you’ll be doing:
- Support and manage 401(k) plans from setup through ongoing service
- Lead and assist with participant enrollment meetings (virtual + in person)
- Keep plans on track — deadlines, compliance, and key milestones
- Work directly with advisors and third-party partners
- Be part of client presentations and new business conversations
Who stands out:
- 3+ years in 401(k) / retirement services
- Someone comfortable speaking in front of a room — not just behind a screen
- Professional, polished, and confident with clients
- Understands ERISA basics and how plans actually work
- Hungry to grow into a bigger role
Bonus points: Series 7 or 66 (or working toward it)
