The Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides advanced practice nursing care to patients with serious, chronic, or lifeâ'limiting illness in an outpatient clinic setting. You will serve as a consultant to referring physicians to assist managing patient's symptoms and providing goals of care conversations with patients and families. You will also serve as a resource and advisor to the clinical staff and leadership to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Qualifications
Education
MSN degree from accredited program.
Licensure
Valid Indiana Drivers License.
Current Nurse Licensure in the State of Indiana.
Certification in appropriate clinical area.
Relevant experience or demonstrated ability
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
