WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new business development focusing on direct mail solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Execute territory strategy to identify and develop key accounts
  • Provide consultative solutions for complex client requirements
  • Demonstrate expertise in product specifications and applications
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity metrics in CRM
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure customer satisfaction

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS

  • 5-10 or more years of proven sales success in direct mail manufacturing (must have)
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong hunter mentality with established industry connections
  • Expert-level knowledge of commercial printing and manufacturing
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Existing relationships with direct mail houses and commercial buyers (highly preferred)
