CMMC Program Manager / Sales Manager

Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. (PJR) — a globally recognized certification body with a large, diverse client base — is seeking a CMMC Program Manager to lead our CMMC initiative as we move toward C3PAO readiness in August.

This role is ideal for an experienced LCCA or CCA who understands the full CMMC assessment lifecycle and can clearly communicate that process to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead PJR’s CMMC program and drive readiness as a C3PAO candidate.
• Manage and support a team of 1099 CMMC assessors.
• Guide clients through the CMMC assessment lifecycle with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and ensure program excellence.
• Work with national sales team in efforts to scope calls with customer and drive new sales.
• Develop strong understanding of of sales process with existing sales team. Coach sales team and enhance best practices in sales department.
• Develop new CCA and LCCA, Recruit and train to solidify staffing.
• Help us determine best path forward to enter consulting with understanding our main objective will be to develop C3PAO as best in class.
• Assist team in efforts to gain approval for 2026 August C3PAO qualification audit conducted by CyberAB.

What You Bring

• Current LCCA or CCA credential required.
• Deep understanding of the CMMC assessment lifecycle from scoping to final reporting.
• Ability to communicate the assessment journey to clients in a compelling, accessible way.
• Experience managing assessors or contract resources is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and comfort building a program in a high‑growth area.
