The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented professional to join our Enterprise Resources team. In this role, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and day-to-day management of facilities across all locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and is known for strong project management and stakeholder communication.


What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and execution of short- and long-term facilities strategies, including space planning
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related requests, issues, and communications
  • Manage lease administration, including renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking
  • Coordinate office buildouts, renovations, and relocations from planning through completion
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and day-to-day facility operations across all locations
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs
  • Partner with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality execution
  • Track facilities budgets, expenses, and support cost management efforts
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and risk management standards
  • Support emergency preparedness and incident response planning

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, operations, or related field
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in facilities or operations management
  • Experience with lease administration, buildouts, and capital projects
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this role is $114,000 – $157,000 per year. Compensation is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
