Property Manager

Weststates Property Management is seeking a Full-Time Bi Lingual manager for a 90 unit Family property in Garden City Kansas. We are willing to train the right candidate, but prefer apartment management and/or Rural Development experience. Benefits include health benefits, Vacation, PTO, Sick time equal to hours worked and 7 paid holidays. 401K plan eligible after 12 months.

This position includes the daily oversight of property operations which includes but is not limited to accepting application, qualifying applicants, leasing units, delegating maintenance work orders, directing maintenance and grounds staff, occupied inspections, walking grounds, walking stairs, ordering, solving conflict, hosting events and more.

Candidates must be friendly, capable of serving families with a good attitude. Organized and able to handle a large volume of paperwork and motivated to maintain occupancy goals.
