About Maximus Clinical Services:

Maximus is an industry leader in providing specialized assessment services, with a mission of ensuring that the individuals and populations we serve receive the appropriate care and supports necessary to promote the best quality of life.

We are partnered with the State of Tennessee to administer PASRR (Preadmission Screening and Resident Review) assessments.

PASRR is a federal requirement that ensures all individuals seeking admittance to a Medicaid-certified nursing facility are evaluated for mental illness, offered the most appropriate setting for their needs, and receive the services they need in those settings.

We are expanding our independent contractor network of Masters-level behavioral health professionals and registered nurses across the state of Tennessee to administer PASRR assessments on a PRN basis.

This is a wonderful opportunity to earn extra money, have a flexible schedule, and provide a valuable service to adult citizens in your community.

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• This is an independent contractor opportunity.
• Assessments can be accepted or declined in accordance with your schedule.
• Assessments must be completed within 24-hours from the time of acceptance.
• PASRR assessments are primarily administered in hospitals and nursing facilities. These must be completed in-person.
• Assessments will be completed within your community or surrounding communities. There is no office to report to.
• Compensation is per completed assessment.

We are currently seeking candidates in and around the following areas:

• Chattanooga
• Clarksville

Qualifications:

• Four or more years of experience working in a mental health setting.
• Must have a Master's degree in a human services field or be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Must be conflict of interest free, which includes: no current employment with a nursing home, long-term care facility, or managed care organization.
