In this position, you will serve as the Non-Exclusionary Discipline Specialist in the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Center. The EDI Center's mission is to advance the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion to create the conditions for building authentic cross-cultural communities where harm is eliminated and every person's humanity is acknowledged and valued. In this position, you will provide education leadership, program development, training, consultation and resources to support district leaders, school administrators, discipline teams, student support staff and lead teachers to increase the use of non-exclusionary discipline practices across Minnesota.

5 years of professional experience in a K-12, social work or counselor role
OR
A bachelor's or master's degree and 4 years of professional experience in a K-12, social work or counselor role
Experience must include:
Education leadership experience as a director or administrator level or 5 years experience leading or implementing discipline policies and practices;
Advanced degree in education, school social work, school counseling or a related field.
