JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you looking for a position with a growth-minded

The Dish, a counter-service restaurant, serves gourmet breakfast, lunch & dinner meals in about five minutes. Prepare food orders as they come in. Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Prep food for use on next shift. Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures Identify kitchen food needs and pull food from freezer to allow time for thawing. Notify Kitchen Leader of items needed before the item is completely out. Follow all menus, menu plating instructions, company guidelines and procedures to maintain food consistency. Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures Be knowledgeable & apply the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines when handling food. \*\** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: Must be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers. Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. Familiar with industry\'s best practices. Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for a long period of time during his or her shift and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have efficient multi-tasking and time management skills.
