We are looking for a high-energy Maintenance Helper to join our crew and keep our production lines humming.

The Mission

As our Maintenance Helper, you aren’t just "fixing stuff"—you are the pit crew for a high-tech manufacturing facility. You’ll work side-by-side with veteran industrial technicians to maintain the steam systems, molds, and conveyors that transform raw beads into essential products.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Right Hand: Assist Lead Technicians with preventative maintenance on massive hydraulic presses and steam systems.
  
  
• Troubleshoot & Conquer: Help diagnose mechanical hiccups before they become real headaches.
  
  
• The Master of Tools: Keep our shop organized, manage parts inventory, and ensure every tool is ready for battle.
  
  
• Safety First: Ensure a pristine work environment by following rigorous safety protocols (we take care of our own).
  
  
• Learn the Trade: Gain hands-on experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical work.
  
  

Who You Are

• Mechanically Minded: You have a basic grasp of hand tools, power tools, and how things move.
  
  
• A "Do-er": You don’t wait to be told what to do; you see a mess or a loose bolt and you fix it.
  
  
• Physically Capable: You’re comfortable standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and navigating a busy industrial floor.
  
  
• Reliable: You understand that when the machines stop, the business stops. You show up ready to work.
