About the Role

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, resourceful Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to various management, sales and finance functions.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and enter data into company ERP software
  • Process accounts receivable and payable invoices and payments
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support daily operations

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfort with learning new software and tools
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High level of professionalism and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
  • Experience in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment

Compensation

  • Salary $48 - $54K
