About the Role
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, resourceful Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to various management, sales and finance functions.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and enter data into company ERP software
- Process accounts receivable and payable invoices and payments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming office environment
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support daily operations
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfort with learning new software and tools
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High level of professionalism and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Experience in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment
Compensation
- Salary $48 - $54K
