Quality Control Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our Laboratory team. In this role, you will be the final line of defense in ensuring our finished goods meet the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and labeling accuracy before they reach our customers.

salary: $17 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

1. Inspect all finished goods against fill tickets to verify proper labeling, appearance, seals, and total
quantities.
2. Communicate with product handling operators to correct nonconformance issues on finished goods.
3. Operate and perform minor maintenance of pallet conveyors and wrapping equipment.
4. Perform inventory transactions and enter inspection/test data in Sage X3 ERP System.
5. Inspect and verify fill stations, products, packaging, and lot numbers before and during the filling
process.
6. Operate forklift to load and unload conveyors, as required.
7. Communicate with cross-functional departments to maintain efficient workflow.
8. Maintain a high level of quality awareness and attention to detail in all tasks.
9. Work independently with minimum supervision while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
10. Take accountability for contributing to turnaround time and production goals.
11. Perform all duties in a professional manner utilizing good housekeeping practices and technique.
