Randstad is pairing with a well-established, community-focused Real Estate and Property Management firm in Boston. They are looking for a part-time Assistant Property Manager/Office Manager. This flexible, part-time role is designed for an organized multitasker who enjoys a varied workload and genuine human connection. As the primary point of contact, you will balance administrative oversight with front-facing client relations. Your days will involve managing the office flow, handling essential bookkeeping tasks, and coordinating property maintenance to ensure seamless operations, with a flexible schedule of 24–32 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact by greeting clients, managing multi-line phones, and ensuring professional correspondence between vendors, residents, and the management team.
- Execute daily bookkeeping (AR/AP), process payments, and maintain accurate records within the Buildium property management database.
- Facilitate the leasing process by preparing legal paperwork, running credit reports, and managing specialized Boston Housing Authority and Metro Housing Boston documentation.
- Oversee the property lifecycle by managing work orders, scheduling repairs, and following up with vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Provide high-level operational support to the Business Owner and Senior Managers, including calendar management and comprehensive file organization.
