Job Overview

Early Futures Partnership is seeking a highly organized and motivated Campaign Coordinator to support the execution of a statewide child care campaign led by the Vice President. This is a junior, entry- to mid-level role designed for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven campaign.

The Campaign Coordinator will work directly with and report to the Vice President, who is leading the campaign, providing day-to-day operational, administrative, and coordination support. This role will help ensure the campaign runs smoothly by keeping systems organized, supporting stakeholder engagement, and assisting with the implementation of campaign strategies.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive, with a willingness to take direction and follow through. They are comfortable managing multiple tasks, learning new systems, and supporting a range of activities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Operations

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Vice President in managing the statewide campaign
  • Assist with tracking deliverables and identifying potential gaps or bottlenecks
  • Support rapid response activities as directed by the Vice President
  • Coordinate meetings, materials, and event logistics on behalf of the Vice President
  • Assist with updating and maintaining the campaign website
  • Support budget tracking and vendor coordination as directed by the Vice President

Data Management

  • Support the Vice President by managing the campaign’s CRM platform
  • Maintain data integrity, including segmentation, tagging, and list management
  • Build and update lists for outreach, events, and stakeholder engagement at the direction of the Vice President
  • Generate basic reports and dashboards to support campaign tracking and decision-making

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support the Vice President in coordinating communication with the campaign’s steering committee, coalition members, and other stakeholders
  • Assist with outreach efforts, including action alerts and post-event follow-up communications
  • Support event coordination and logistics
  • Attend events, including occasional evenings, as a representative of the campaign and to support the Vice President

Qualifications:

Required

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort learning and using new technology and systems
  • Ability to take direction and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in campaign coordination, nonprofit operations, advocacy, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or data management tools
  • Interest in public policy, advocacy, or coalition-based work
  • Experience supporting events or outreach efforts

This position will be open for a minimum of seven (7) days from the date of posting. The agency reserves the right to extend the application period as needed until a qualified candidate is selected.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
