Day to Day
The Program Manager acts as an extension of the client's project team, supporting global programs through planning, coordination, and execution support. This role helps establish scope, schedules, and reporting frameworks aligned to business objectives and delivery standards. The Program Manager works across multiple programs simultaneously and balances priorities across stakeholders and regions. The position supports risk identification, decision support, and governance activities throughout planning, design, and delivery phases. The role partners closely with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to maintain alignment on cost, schedule, and quality expectations.
Responsibilities:
Act as a virtual extension of the client's global programs and project teams
Support planning and execution across multiple concurrent global programs
Initiate new programs and establish baseline documentation and controls
Develop and maintain program charters, schedules, and communication plans
Coordinate activities across internal teams, consultants, and vendors
Support procurement strategies, RFP processes, and vendor evaluations
Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, and reconciliation activities
Support schedule development, milestone tracking, and dependency management
Identify program risks and support mitigation planning and issue resolution
Facilitate governance reviews and stage-gate approval processes
Prepare materials for executive briefings and leadership decision making
Coordinate design reviews to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget
Support construction kickoff, progress tracking, and coordination activities
Monitor test and inspection activities and support issue resolution
Track submittals and coordinate review timelines and approvals
Support RFI tracking, review coordination, and schedule impacts
Assist with change management and maintain program change logs
Support invoice tracking and payment approval workflows
Coordinate quality, commissioning, and readiness activities
Support program closeout, punchlist tracking, and documentation completion

Skills and Requirements
10+ years of Full lifecycle program management experience managing global projects
? Managing projects in Multimillion+ budget range
? Managing multiple projects simultaneously
Industry experience: Come from a mission-critical construction/ hyperscale data center background
Key skills:
? End to end program management, cost management, risk management, stakeholder management, vendor management
? Excellent communication and organizational skills
? Work well in ambiguity
