Operations Manger (196)

Seeking a Operations Manager to manage a 247-unit high rise and assist with the parking structure management of a condo located in metro Honolulu. This position does not provide housing. Current hours are Monday thru Friday, with one day considered a late day with evening hours. Must be highly computer literate, able to write reports, letters, and other documentation as needed. Overall management of all aspects of the condo is required which includes basic knowledge of elevators, fire sprinklers and fire control systems, irrigation and landscaping, etc. Must be people friendly. Able to walk the floors, stairwells, and common areas daily/weekly. Currently supervises two employees and contract security. Experienced preferred, but will train the right candidate.
