Successful candidates will bring strong content knowledge, a warm and steady classroom presence, and a commitment to helping students grow as independent thinkers and self advocates.WMA is one of the nations oldest boarding schools (founded 1804) and offers a close-knit community where adults know students well, coach, advise, and help shape the day-to-day life of a vibrant campus.ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITIESWilbraham & Monson Academy seeks a Full Time Upper School Math instructor for the 2026-2027 Academic Year and be responsible for: teaching four sections of Upper School Math including 6th and 7th grade mathDesign lessons that are clear, engaging, and appropriately differentiated.Providing timely and actionable feedback to students Use assessments to refine instruction.plan and post all lessons and assignments to the schools Learning Management System, Canvas.provide student support during designated office hours each dayserve as an advisor to 4-6 students, partnering with families and colleagues to support academic and personal growth.Participate fully in department collaboration, including planning, communication, and shared support.AFTERNOON/ATHLETIC PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES All faculty at Wilbraham & Monson Academy are also expected to participate in our afternoon program for two out of three seasons.
