Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control processes, and ensure safety compliance. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse workflows, and foster a high-performing team dedicated to excellence in logistics and materials handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity goals while maintaining safety standards.
• Oversee inventory control procedures using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate warehouse distribution efforts, including heavy lifting, forklift operation, and 3PL logistics partnerships.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflow.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols across all warehouse operations.
• Monitor shipping schedules and coordinate with carriers to meet delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with a strong background in warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management systems (WMS), AS400, and logistics software.
• Valid forklift certification and mechanical knowledge for materials handling and heavy lifting tasks.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process improvement initiatives.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
