Coburg Village is an upscale retirement community in Rexford, NY with a well established reputation for high quality service. We are customer service focused professionals, seeking an individual who wants to join a team and provide our residents with warm hospitality, exceptional service, and delicious food.

Position Requirements:

• Experience leading a FoH team in multiple dining styles, including fine dining and fast casual

• Champion the guest experience while instilling a culture of guest first hospitality

• Hands on management/leadership style for all FoH employees

• Training, developing, and motivating the team to deliver legendary customer service

• Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience with Point of Sale systems

• Previous banquet setup and execution, for both casual gatherings and formal events

• Strong management skills with attention to detail

Hours: 11:00am - 7:30pm rotating weekends (working ever 3rd weekend) and rotating holidays

Generous Benefits Package with up to 29 days off per year

Pay rate: $23.63
