Company: Mount Olympus Rips.
Location: Plymouth, MN | On-Site Only.
Relocation: Required for this role.
Shift: Evening / Night | 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Compensation: $300 to $400 per night + tips. Top performers earn $100k+ annually.

What this role actually is

You are the voice behind the stream. The energy. The pacing. The reason people stay in the room.

• Run live breaks on Whatnot from start to finish.
• Deliver high-energy reactions on big hits, 1/1s, case hits, and chases.
• Keep conversation flowing nonstop. No dead air.
• Engage chat with sports talk, banter, callouts, and personality.
• Drive momentum, build hype, and keep bids moving.
• Maintain pace across 6 to 8 breaks per night.

This is performance. This is stamina. This is being “on” for hours.
