Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM) | Seasonal

Pay: $18–$25/hr (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Complete all needed painting – assessment, prep, finishing
• Assist with concrete prep, pressure washing, general labor, site setup and cleanup
• Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites
• Follow strict OSHA and company safety protocols
• Work efficiently as part of a high-performance crew

Requirements

• 3+ years construction or heavy labor experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Steel toe boots required
• Ability to work nights and in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Physically fit to perform strenuous tasks consistently for extended periods, and work in cramped or uncomfortable positions
• OSHA-10 (preferred)
• Must pass drug test

Travel

• Work throughout Northern Indiana
• Travel required based on project location
• Hotel accommodations provided for jobs over 1.5 hours away
