Estimator / Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Estimator/Project Manager to join our team.

This role will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing commercial construction projects, and ensuring successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and manage commercial construction projects
• Develop and track project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients
• Oversee project execution to ensure quality and safety
• Lead project meetings and communicate with clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction estimating & project management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Estimating Software, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Salary

$75K ++ based on experience.
