We’re searching for a dynamic Assistant Executive Director to lead and inspire our 20-bed household team. You’ll partner with our Executive Director to oversee daily life, develop an outstanding caregiving team, deliver exceptional person-centered care, and create lasting relationships with residents and families in our vibrant Oak Creek community.

• A compassionate heart, strong communication skills, and a passion for making every day better for residents and staff
