At Knapp Chiropractic & Wellness Center, we are not your typical chiropractic office. We are a tight-knit team on a mission to help families in the Waukesha County area thrive through nervous system health, natural wellness, and connected care. This hybrid role means you will own the day-to-day rhythm of the clinic while also driving our marketing, outreach, and business development forward.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Patient Experience

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every patient and manage scheduling, check-in/out, phones, and payments
• Educate patients on chiropractic care and wellness benefits; monitor care plan adherence (training provided)
• Foster referrals and positive word-of-mouth through authentic, genuine patient connections

Administrative & Operations

• Track office statistics, manage inventory, and conduct financial consultations
• Troubleshoot hardware/software and collaborate with Dr. Nicole to continually refine office processes

Business Development & Marketing

• Plan and execute the full marketing calendar — campaigns, events, social media, and speaking engagements
• Design marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, social content) and manage all social media platforms
• Research trends, track performance metrics, gather patient testimonials, and identify growth opportunities

Chiropractic Technician (Future Development)

• Perform nervous system scans, PEMF therapies, and assist with decompression therapy (all training provided)
• Obtain a Chiropractic Technician (CT) License — a weekend course supported by the practice

SCHEDULE

• Mon, Wed & Fri 8:15 am – 7:00 pm(team meeting at 1:15 pm) Tue 2:00 pm -7:00 pm
• Tue AM & Thu: Business development and marketing focus · Occasional evening/weekend events
