We’re Hiring: RN – Med Surg | Oklahoma | Night Shift

MTK Healthcare is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (Med-Surg) for a 13-week contract opportunity with Memorial Health System of Southwest Oklahoma in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Position Details
Job Title: RN – Med Surg
Location: Lawton, Oklahoma
Duration: 13 Weeks (Contract)
Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Facility: Memorial Health (Level 2 Trauma)

Pay Rate: $56.50 – $61.00 per hour

Role Overview
The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care across diverse patient populations, including adults and geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to care standards

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma RN License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS Certification (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• BSN preferred

Additional Information

• Minimum experience: Open to candidates with less than 1 year experience
• Holiday coverage required
• Exposure to diverse clinical environments and patient populations

Candidates must be available for night shifts and ready to start as per the assignment schedule.
