We are expanding operations across New England and seeking an experienced **Asbestos Abatement Worker** to join our growing team.

**Compensation & Growth**

- Hourly pay based on experience, with increases based on performance and contributions

- Clear pathway for advancement into supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**

- Plan, lead, and execute asbestos abatement projects across the New England -

- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local asbestos regulations

- Conduct daily safety briefings, oversee containment and equipment, and perform on-site inspections

- Complete accurate project documentation and client communications

**Requirements**

- Current, valid Asbestos Abatement workee licenses in NH, ME, and MA (must be up-to-date) – will assist with licensing if needed

- 3 or more years of experience asbestos worker abatement projects and teams (preferred)

- Strong knowledge of asbestos abatement procedures and safety standards

- High pace and effectiveness – ability to manage a high volume of work efficiently

- Willingness to work hard, including overtime and physically demanding tasks

- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to regional job sites (driving time and compensation discussed in interview)

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
