Saint Joseph’s College, located in Standish, Maine, invites applications for a founding Executive Director of a School of Business. This is a full-time position on the SJC campus. Salary and faculty rank are commensurate with experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to create a new School of Business and help shape the future of the College’s on-campus and online business programs through new curricula and innovative educational models. The ED of the School of Business will be a change agent for new programming that prepares students for today’s business world, combining technological fluency (e.g. AI integration; data analytics) with critical thinking, ethical stewardship and environmental sustainability. The ED will drive an aggressive enrollment strategy for on campus and online programs, and will grow and maintain productive relationships with local and regional business partners to ensure all students have experiential learning opportunities and employment opportunities post graduation.
