We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Exterior Cleaning Services Lead Technician to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Perform high-quality exterior services for residential and commercial properties, including pressure washing, window cleaning, roof cleaning, and gutter maintenance and Custom Christmas Lighting Installations. Fairly regular ladder work required.
• Safely operate specialized cleaning equipment to restore the exterior of buildings, driveways, decks, and more.
• Provide excellent, legendary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining our company’s reputation for quality work and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with and supervise other crew members and adhere to safety protocols and environmental guidelines and ensure quality of work.
• You will regularly need to lift and use ladders, lift up to 75 lbs, work outdoors, navigate roofs, and use pressure washing and window washing equipment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in exterior cleaning or a related field preferred, but not required. We’re willing to train the right candidate, but you must understand how to lead.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a passion for delivering top-notch results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Just awesome people. Period. Integrity, honesty, and character go a long way.
• Someone who loves the trades, has mechanical aptitude, and gets things done!
