RN ICU

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ICU settings and possess a strong skill set to provide exceptional patient care.

Title: RN- ICU

Start: 5/11/2026 - 8/8/2026

Time Type: 12 Hour Nights

Gross weekly: 3320/week for 48 hours

Duties

• Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar systems for patient charting and documentation
• Provide specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with pain management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including ER staff, physicians, and specialists
• Perform procedures such as CT scans, aseptic techniques, and medical coding
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and discharge planning for patients

Experience

• Previous experience in an ICU setting is required
• 2 years of ICU experience EXCLUDING travel experience is most preferred
• If they have 1.5 years of ICU experience EXCLUDING travel and have significant RN experience outside of ICU

Required Certifications/Licenses:

• RN SD/Compact
• BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
• TNCC (REQUIRED) – please decline travelers that would not be willing to obtain this certification prior to arrival

Patient Ratios:

• RN: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 (rare) – acuity dependent
