What You’ll Be Doing - Prospect, pitch, and close new business through cold outreach and in-person visits
- Build partnerships with grocery stores, distributors, and retailers
- Grow existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities
- Execute territory strategies to drive revenue growth
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitors
- Collaborate with internal teams to increase product placement
- Travel locally to meet clients and drive deals
What We’re Looking For - 3–5+ years of outside sales or business development experience
- Strong hunter mentality with proven closing ability
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and comfortable in a field-based role
- Food/CPG/distribution experience is a plus
