Insight Globals client, a Technical System Integrator, is seeking a detail-oriented ServiceNow QA/Test Engineer to lead the quality assurance and testing efforts for a large-scale public sector ServiceNow platform. This role ensures that all platform enhancements, upgrades, and custom applications are defect-free and compliant with rigorous government security standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end testing lifecycle, from creating comprehensive test plans to executing automated and manual tests within a FedRAMP-authorized environment.

pay range: $34-41/hr

Skills and Requirements

  • 4+ years of dedicated Software QA experience

o 2+ years focused specifically on the ServiceNow platform

  • Proven experience implementing and managing the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, ServiceNow Agile/Test Management)

  • Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, etc.) - Prior experience testing systems within a state, local, or federal government framework

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508 compliance) and security testing protocols

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ISTQB Certified Tester
