Product Manager

Job Description

Duties: Ensure that Adobe technology programs satisfy the business needs of internal and external users. Duties include: Drive a data analytics project to understand payments performance, provide actionable insights and identify opportunities for growth; Partner with various internal teams including Product, Treasury, Payment Operations, Risk Operations and Regional Businesses to derive measurable insights that drive customer acquisition and retention; Assist in identifying, implementing, and enhancing payment strategies that maximize subscription payment success rates and customer acquisition and retention; Own Adobe Payments relationships with select networks and major issuers and elevate them to strategic partnerships that unlock more value for Adobe; Partner with various internal stakeholders including Product, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, Treasury, Payments Risk/Operations and Regional Business Units to derive actionable insights and tactics that drive customer acquisition and retention; Stay current on evolving industry trends in the payments space with respect to capabilities and how they can translate to co-marketing distribution channels; and Drive the core metrics enabling global payments success. May allow for partial telecommuting. Requirements: Must have a Masters degree in Business, Business Administration or related field, and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Product Manager-related occupation. Position required 36 months of experience in the following: 1. Partnership management with commercial and legal alignment on external partner agreements; 2. Strategic planning and management; 3.
