Showroom Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a Showroom Sales Specialist who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. This role owns the entire customer experience—from first conversation to final delivery. If you like solving problems, staying busy, and being accountable for real results, you’ll fit right in here.

This is not your average sales role. You’ll be the person customers rely on to figure things out, get answers fast, and make sure their order is done right the first time. You’re the impression we leave behind; the first face customers see and the last voice they hear.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact (phone, email, in-person)
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
  • Build accurate quotes and process orders without mistakes
  • Manage and follow up on every opportunity in HubSpot
  • Help design complete workspace solutions
  • Work closely with production and shipping to keep everything on track
  • Keep the showroom clean, stocked, and dialed in

We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized under pressure, and follows through on everything. You should be comfortable using systems like HubSpot and Shopify and have a strong “figure it out” mindset.

This position is Monday thru Friday, 8am – 5pm. We offer PTO, Paid Holidays and a retirement plan.
