We're looking for an experienced HR professional who is ready to bring their skills and passion to a flexible, part-time role.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership on recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and completing new-hire paperwork and orientations

  • Maintain personnel records, I-9s, and basic HR filing systems

  • Coordinate training schedules, certifications tracking, and compliance documentation

  • Serve as a friendly first point of contact for employees with HR questions

  • Assist with payroll data entry and benefits administration support

  • Recommend process improvements to streamline office HR tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven HR or administrative experience (preferably in healthcare or caregiving environments)

  • Strong communication, organization, and people skills

  • Comfortable with basic HR systems and MS Office; quick to learn new software

  • Detail-oriented, discreet, and professional with confidential information

  • Positive, patient attitude - ideal for experienced professionals (including retirees) who want purposeful part-time work

Work Environment:

  • Part-time, approximately 15-25 hours/week (flexible schedule; some daytime availability required)
