Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership on recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and completing new-hire paperwork and orientations
Maintain personnel records, I-9s, and basic HR filing systems
Coordinate training schedules, certifications tracking, and compliance documentation
Serve as a friendly first point of contact for employees with HR questions
Assist with payroll data entry and benefits administration support
Recommend process improvements to streamline office HR tasks
Requirements:
Proven HR or administrative experience (preferably in healthcare or caregiving environments)
Strong communication, organization, and people skills
Comfortable with basic HR systems and MS Office; quick to learn new software
Detail-oriented, discreet, and professional with confidential information
Positive, patient attitude - ideal for experienced professionals (including retirees) who want purposeful part-time work
Work Environment:
Part-time, approximately 15-25 hours/week (flexible schedule; some daytime availability required)
