Sales Associate

NOW HIRING: AUTO SALES PROFESSIONAL – KINGS MOTORS

We are looking for ONE motivated salesperson ready to make real money.

This is a SALES POSITION ONLY — you will NOT be handling financing.
Your job is to follow up, set appointments, and CLOSE deals.

What We Provide:

• Daily lead flow (Facebook, online, walk-ins)
• Full CRM system with active customers
• Inventory that moves
• Financing handled in-house (you focus on selling)

PAY PLAN:
$500 Weekly Draw
$300 Per Car Sold

BONUS:
12+ Cars = $400 per car (ALL units – retroactive)

Top performers can earn $5,000–$9,000+ per month

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to leads (calls, texts, CRM)
• Follow up consistently with customers
• Set and confirm appointments
• Show vehicles & test drives
• Close deals and deliver vehicles
• Stay organized and work your pipeline daily
• Closing sales and signing contracts with customers

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred (auto sales is a plus)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated and consistent
• Hungry to make money
