Job Duties: First-line supervisor and coordination of agricultural workers. Under the direction of farm management, assign tasks and monitor crop production operations. Train techniques such as planting, cultivating, or harvesting, use of safety measures and work schedules, production requirements, conditions of equipment and supplies. Maintain details of personnel actions. Bus drivers/supervisors will pick up workers transport to worksite & back to their housing. supervise workers. Required to live in housing provided by employer. Transport workers once a week to the bank, Walmart and the laundry mat. Must have or be able to obtain immediately a farm labor contractor license. Any crew leader (farm labor contractor) employed under this job order must have a valid state and federal Farm Labor Contractor Certificate of Registration, abide by all the requirements of the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA). The employer understands that they are responsible for assuring that all conditions of this agreement are met regardless of any acts or omissions of the crew leader. Supervise as needed in all jobs:

Special Requirements: Will include prolonged walking, standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Job is outdoors and continues in all types of weather. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug / alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or a positive test may result in immediate termination. All the testing will occur post-hire and not a part of the interview process. Negative result may be required post-hire and before commencing work. Employee must be able to lift 75 lbs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday is able to lift and carry 75 lbs. in field. Must not hinder any other workers productivity. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination. Requires a 1 month verifiable prior work experience in the crop activities listed. Must commit to work the entire contract period.
