Job Title: Regional Director of Operations – Sterile Processing
Shift: Full-Time, 5x8 Hours (Shift may vary based on operational needs)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $1,900 – $2,284 per week

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead and oversee multi-site operations within sterile processing and related support services. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and developing high-performing teams across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites
• Oversee Sterile Processing, transportation, and facility operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop Directors, Managers, and Coordinators
• Establish and implement regional goals, priorities, and performance standards
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accreditation standards (AAMI, CDC, CMS, DOT, OSHA)
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and standardize workflows
• Monitor and improve key performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and throughput
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with clinical partners and healthcare systems to optimize operations

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree required

Required Certifications & Licensure:

• CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) or equivalent sterile processing certification

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of operational experience
• Minimum 5+ years in multi-site leadership roles
• Experience managing sterile processing, logistics, facilities, or similar operations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance outcomes
• Experience in scaling operations across multiple locations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-growth or complex healthcare environments
• Strong background in process improvement and operational optimization
