Description:

• Join our healthcare team as a Clinical Nurse Leader in Maternity Services, based in Yonkers, NY.
• This full-time role focuses on evening shifts and requires a dynamic leader to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
• Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills and a background in acute care settings.

Requirements:

• Provide 24/7 operational and clinical leadership across assigned units.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Build relationships across service lines for optimal patient care.
• Manage staffing challenges and ensure appropriate patient coverage.
• Conduct patient experience rounds and initiate service recovery.
• Support patient flow and address barriers to care.
• Monitor key performance indicators and support improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current NYS RN license in good standing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
• National Certification in Nursing Leadership or clinical specialty preferred or will acquire within one year.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of acute care clinical experience.
• Prior charge nurse, coordinator, or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and operational leadership skills.
