Requirements:

• Accountable for unit operations and performance across all shifts
• Execute and validate operational, quality, and patient experience standards
• Serve as clinical and operational leader during assigned shifts
• Assist in hiring, assigning, and evaluating staff
• Build strong working relationships across various service lines
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure safe staffing and skill mix
• Initiate real-time service recovery and document interventions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of acute care clinical experience
• Prior charge nurse or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Registered Nurse (RN), active and in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Master's degree preferred
• National Certification in Nursing Leadership preferred
