Job Title: Part-Time Preschool Teacher (3 Days/Week)

Location: Baltimore, OH 43105
Schedule: Part-Time, 3 Days per Week (Monday - Wednesday)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring, energetic, and reliable Preschool Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will foster a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children while supporting their social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Supervise children to ensure safety at all times
• Encourage social interaction and emotional development
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Qualifications:

• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Background in Early Childhood Education or related field (or currently pursuing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
