Production Supervisor ( English and Spanish)

Location: Derry, NH

2nd shift 2pm- 10pm M-F

Full Time, Temp to Hire

$22/hr

About the role:

They're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor for the closing shift 2pm-10pm(finish) (Monday–Friday), who’s excited to lead a team, keep operations on track, and maintain the quality of the products.

This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You’ll work with the production crew, support them on the floor, and make sure that daily and weekly output goals are consistently met. You’ll lead by example — "boots on the ground", keeping the team organized, and helping everyone stay on schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

Being a part of production

Overseeing daily product production from prep to packaging

Managing and rotating team members across stations (prep, frying, seasoning, bagging, packing)

Ensuring production goals and throughput targets are consistently met

Maintaining quality control and adhering to food safety procedures

Monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and adjusting processes

Training new team members and coaching the crew for improvement

Communicating clearly with ownership about progress, metrics, and issues

Requirements:

Required: 2 years in a prior supervisorial hands -on leadership position Commercial Food Manufacturing or General Manufacturing.

  • Experience leading teams toward daily|weekly performance or production goals
  • Strong ability to motivate a team, resolve issues, and maintain structure
  • Proven reliability and ability to take initiative
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, physical environment
  • Able to lift 35+ lbs and stand for extended periods and reach fryer heights
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
  • Hands-on mindset — willing to jump in anywhere the team needs support
