Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description

At Trust Family Auto Sales, we’re not looking for pushy salespeople…We’re looking for someone who can be the first impression of our business.

If you’re friendly, outgoing, and enjoy talking with people, this could be the opportunity you didn’t know you were looking for.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet customers as they arrive on the lot
  • Assist with test drives
  • Answer incoming calls and basic questions
  • Help guide customers through a simple, comfortable experience
  • Enter customer information (basic computer/data entry)
  • Support the team in daily operation

Compensation:

  • Guaranteed Base Income: $2,600/Month
  • Additional Bonus Opportunities Based on Team Performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong people skills (this is #1)
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Reliable and consistent
  • Comfortable using a computer
  • Organized and professional
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

No automotive experience needed — we will train you.
