Acupuncturist massage therapist

We are busy clinics located in Glenfield Mall and Northwest Shopping Mall in Auckland. We are looking for a few Acupuncturists (ANZSCO: 252211) and Massage Therapists (ANZSCO: 411611) to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality customer service and have built a strong reputation in Auckland. We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to become part of our team. Position Type: Full-time (30–55 hours per week), permanent role (Monday to Sunday rotating roster) Pay Rate: $30.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on professional skills and experience Eligibility. Applicants must have New Zealand residency or a valid New Zealand work visa What We Offer: -A steady stream of patients eager to experience the benefits of acupuncture and massage -A collaborative work environment where you’ll learn from and contribute to a diverse team -Modern facilities with comfortable treatment rooms -Marketing support to help you grow your client base Requirements for Acupuncturists: -Hold a Level 7 qualification in acupuncture or a relevant field -Be eligible to provide ACC-covered acupuncture treatments in New Zealand -Be a strong team player -Be committed to ongoing professional development -Have excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude -Possess strong verbal communication skills Acupuncturist's role involves and key responsibilities: -Assess patients by questioning, examining, and observing to determine the nature of symptoms or conditions -Develop and implement treatment plans using acupuncture, cupping, tuina, and small electrical currents -Discuss treatment options and preventative care measures with patients -Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly -Conduct examinations and treat patients according to traditional oriental medicine principles -Ensure compliance with health, safety, infection control, and quality procedures -Provide lifestyle, exercise, and dietary advice to support overall wellness Requirements for Massage Therapists: -Hold a Level 7 qualification, OR -Hold a Level 5 diploma or higher in massage therapy, OR -Have at least two years of relevant massage experience -And be a strong team player -And be committed to ongoing professional development -And have excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude -And possess strong verbal communication skills Massage Therapist's role involves and key responsibilities: -Massage the soft tissues of the body (muscles, tendons, ligaments) to aid in healing -Use various massage techniques to enhance sports performance and prevent injury -Administer treatments to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension -Assess and treat soft tissue dysfunction and provide rehabilitation advice -Use complementary techniques such as acupressure, Shiatsu, infrared therapy, hot/cold compresses, -essential oils, and herbal/mineral therapies -Assess clients' physical conditions and advise on stretching and relaxation techniques -Perform therapeutic massage and administer body treatments for relaxation, health, and fitness -Deliver excellent customer service -Work collaboratively with team members and support fellow therapists -Assist with housekeeping, hospitality, health and safety, and other duties related to clinic operations and maintenance Interested?
