Logistics Coordinator

Randstad is currently seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for an immediate 7-week contract. This is a fast-paced role perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of operational coordination and financial data entry.

• Previous experience in logistics, trucking, or transportation billing is highly preferred
• Mathematical skills for calculating revenue splits and commissions
• Professional communication style for outbound collection inquiries
• Ability to commit to the full 7-week duration of the project

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming shipping documentation and initiate new service entries within the internal systems
• Coordinate logistics by designating the appropriate personnel to active transport files
• Generate client invoices and calculate revenue distributions among multiple stakeholders for each completed job
• Evaluate and apply driver earnings by referencing active commission structures and performance schedules
•  Provide administrative support to the finance department by assisting with the recovery of outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts
